(Abs, Butt, and Arms) A circuit of workouts focused on building muscle and strength in your abs, butt, and arms. Using equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, squat bars, and your own body weight, you'll be able to take your core and strength to the next level while also gaining a more athletic appearance.



The workout routine will consist of circuits in pairs or individually. We'll use equipment such as bars, rings, parallel bars, walls, etc.
