Calisthenics Circuit for the Core

A dynamic session that combines isometric and isotonic exercises to strengthen the core from every angle. Static movements develop stability and postural control, while dynamic exercises improve strength, coordination, and the ability to generate tension in movement. This combination creates a complete core workout, capable of boosting performance, protecting the lower back, and improving body control in each exercise.  

Strength and Obliques

A routine focused on independent sets to develop core strength and hypertrophy. The goal is to generate controlled and progressive tension, working both the front and sides of the core to build a stronger and more functional foundation. Each exercise is designed to improve rotational stability, posture, and the transfer of strength to more complex calisthenics movements. This session combines technical precision with intensity, achieving deep abdominal and oblique work without losing the functional focus that characterizes our entire method.  

Core in Motion

Core control doesn't end with strength: it extends to movement. This routine combines abdominal strengthening exercises with dynamic body movement patterns inspired by various disciplines of motor control and fluidity. The goal is to develop a stable and responsive core, capable of supporting the body through transitions, movements, and changing positions. Here, you'll not only work on strength, but also on coordination, mobility, and body awareness, creating a deeper connection between stability and movement.

Advanced core

A routine designed for those looking to take their core to the next level. It includes movements inspired by gymnastics and advanced calisthenics, requiring strength, technique, and total body control. Perfect for those who have already mastered the basics and want to improve stability, coordination, and self-control in more complex and challenging exercises.
